We believe anyone can benefit from Coaching.
Coaching is a technique which is increasingly used to equip high fliers for career progression, to support executives struggling with multiple responsibilities and to revitalise long serving employees with renewed vigour and enthusiasm.
What topics are covered?
You can set your own agenda, but we provide an opportunity to constructively discuss and explore performance, skills, and relationships at work. We can also focus on achieving a good work / life balance and we have carried out a lot of work with clients to identify meaningful personal goals and ambitions.
This process helps employees gain perspective and renewed clarity, the benefits of which can manifest in all aspects of their lives.
Coaching can also be of value where work relationships are strained or where communication is breaking down. One to one sessions to review and analyse the situation calmly can equip people to break the old patterns and create better relationships which benefit both the business and the individuals concerned.
How does it work?
When coaching, we guide our clients to work through any challenges they face and to consider a situation from every perspective. We do not to give advice, or pretend to be experts on our clients role; rather, we use guided discussion to enable the person being coached to gain new insight, and to draw their own conclusions.
We may question, challenge and present alternatives, but right from the start we offer unconditional support, a positive attitude and complete focus.
Clients may book a course of hourly sessions spanning a period of time, or may prefer to arrange sessions on an ad hoc basis, as required. We are always happy to discuss your requirements and devise an approach which suits your staff and your company.
