Jeremy Hyman – Principal
Jeremy was a partner at a top-50 firm of accountants for 14 years, heading up their IT consulting division before setting up JSMT.
Jeremy focuses on process analysis and re-design, often evangelising on the benefits of applied technology along the way – the art of recognising technology for the value it brings rather than for the technological achievement in itself.

Sarah Whittome – Principal
Sarah Whittome is a Coach, a Trainer and a Prince 2 qualified Project Manager. She brings a wealth of expert knowledge mixed with practical experience which encourages maximum productivity and motivates people. She has an uncanny ability to grasp both the human and technical aspects of a problem which allows her to show clients how to execute a plan that will achieve commercial success through the fulfillment of personal goals.

James Cullingham
Having qualified as a chartered accountant, James moved into software development and has been the author of several highly scaleable systems covering accounting, document management and practice management.
James also has extensive skills in business intelligence reporting, marrying up his technical and professional skills.
